Water Based 3D Ink for Shoes Industry

good adheslon on the leather,fabric,PU mesh cloth and Nylon mesh cloth.
1.Category:
1) Nylon Pretreatment agent(XGPN-001):used for the Nylon mesh cloth.if the adhesion is not good when to use the 60UL,603UL,606UL or 609UL,we suggest to use the XGPN-001.Print 1~2 times.
2) Water Based 3D varnish(XGPN-17):
Advantage:Operate easily,no blocking problem,fast to be thick,washing fastness;Folding resistance:50000~80000 times at normal temperature;5000~10000 times at low temperature-15℃。
Usage:mix 3% water based hardener(XGPN-100) and stir well before use:
Application:General mesh cloth,Nylon mesh cloth ,we suggest to use XGPN-001 to print first:
3) Water Based 3D varnish(XGPN-602ul):
Advantage:Operate easily,no blocking problem,fast to be think,washing fastness berrer than XGPN-17;
Folding resistanceL100000 times at normal temperature;more than 2000 times at low temperature-15℃。
Usage:mix 3% water based hardener(XGPN-100)and stir well before use;
Application:General mesh cloth,leather;if it is Nylon mesh cloth,we suggest to use XGPN-001 to print firse；
4） Water Based 3D varnish(XGPN-603UL):
Adbantage:Operate easily,no blocking problem,to be thick better than XGPN-602UL;
Folding resistance:200000 times at normal temperature;more than 100000 times at low temperature -15℃。
Usage:mix 3% water based hardener (XGPN-100)and stir well before use；
Application:curve cloth,leather;if it is Nylon mesh cloth,we suggest to use XGPN-001 to print first;
5) Water Based 3D varnish(XGPN-606UL):
Advantage:Operate easily,no blocking problem,good fastness,and it is the most popular product at present;
Folding resistance:less than 200000 times at normal temperature;more than 100000 times at low temperature-15℃。
Usage:mix 3% water based hardener (XGPN-100) and stir well before use:
Application:curve cloth,leather;if ti is microfiber or digital picture of screen cloth,we suggest to use XGPN-001 to print 1-2 times first;
6) Water Based 3D varnish (XGPN-609ul):
Advantage:Operate easily,no blocking problem;it is our high standard product and used for wide ranges industry.
Folding resistance:less than 200000 times at normal temperature;more than 150000 times at low temperature-15℃。
Usage:mix 3% water based hardener(XGPN-001) and stir well before use;
Application:Nylon curve cloth,digital picture of screen cloth,we suggest to use XGPN-001 to print 1-2 times first;
7) Printing colors:
We supply all the colors,please see the color sheet for the refernce.When printing the color;
Matte effect(XGPN-Y):When print the matte effect after printing colors,we suggest to print 2 times;
High gloss effect(XGPN-S):When print the high gloss effect,we suggest to print 2 times,should mix 3% water based hardener(XGPN-100);

Folding Resistance data above is just our test reference,The exact data should keep with the actual parameters,and it is not the claim evidence;
